Gsoc has failed and is not fit for purpose

For the past 11 years the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission (Gsoc) has been entrusted with the primary responsibility of investigating complaints of corruption, abuse and neglect by members of the Garda in the discharge of their duties.
